Are there exercises I can do to remove cellulite?

I have a bit of cellulite on my thighs, hips, and buttocks and I have tried creams and gels but nothing has worked. Are there exercises I can do to help with my embarrassing problem?

The best way to combat cellulite is to reduce the fat, to help redistribute it more evenly, through regular exercise and a healthy diet. You have to keep this particular area of your body toned by regular use of exercises such as squats, lunges, and kick backs, in combination with low impact but medium to high intensity bouts of cardiovascular activity. In a pinch, running up 15 flights of stairs or jumping rope for 15 minutes are great substitute work outs that will help with your cellulite problems.

Nutrition accounts for nearly 80% of your results so don’t expect to work out but still eat uninhibitedly; it will not help get the cellulite off. Changing your eating habits are paramount to changing your body’s appearance.
