How much exercise is enough for one day?

Sometimes, I just don’t have enough time in my day (kids, work, and part-time school) to justify an hour workout. What can I do quickly that will help me get healthy?

Ideally, to lose weight, you want to aim for three to four 45 minute workouts throughout the week. This will help shed excess pounds by stimulating your metabolism. To get the most “bang for your buck”, I would recommend a 20 circuit routine split up over 3 days in specific muscle grounds , ie. Chest and back, arms and abdominals, and legs combined with 25 minutes of high intensity interval training, plus one day of steady state cardio for the full 45 minutes. This type of fast paced routine with keep your healthy and lean with time to spare.

Working out for 45 minutes on four times per week is really only three hours per week, and I think nearly anyone can find that time if they truly look.
