A new type of yoga which requires a fabric hammock to be suspended approximately three feet above the ground in which you lay in and perform poses from. The support provided from the hammock allows for deeper and longer stretching, relief from compressed joints and changed alignment of the spine.

Anti-gravity yoga is intended for those who may have balance problems and cannot perform other types of yoga or who suffer from pain due to posture or compressed joints. It is also said to help with digestion, blood circulation, and increase relaxation.
