What is hot yoga?

The difference between yoga and hot yoga is similar to the difference between softball and baseball. It has many of the same underlying principles except that it packs much more of a punch. Hot yoga, where you perform all the same positions and poses as a regular yoga class except with the addition of heating lamps situated around the room. In essence, you would be performing yoga positions in a room heated up similarly to a sauna. Hot yoga will make you sweat profusely, allowing toxins to be released from your pores, and will help you to stretch more deeply so therefore increasing its effectiveness.
