What is waist-hooping?

Hooping is a rapidly growing exercise fad that involves working out with a hula hoop. Using a hula hoop is a little bit different from the classic hula hoops you may remember from when you were a kid. Weighted hoops are what is used for exercise purposes and weigh in around 2 pounds.

Hooping has many benefits that even regular cardio may not provide including:
• Enhancing spinal flexibility and movement
• Improving coordination of the torso
