This app blends the Deepak Chopra’s psychological teachings with Tara Stile’s physical teachings to create an authentic yogic blend.  There are preloaded routines that can help both beginners and advanced practioners alike. Either create your own routine or use one of the pre-existing ones.

This app was developed by Women’s Health and provides 12 different workouts based on each individual’s goals.
