Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet


Fitness columnist Tosca Reno weighed over two hundred pounds before adopting a fat-losing healthy diet and exercise program.

I've been eating with the Eat Clean diet for nearly 6 months now and I have absolutely never felt better. I feel younger, healthier and skinnier than I have in my entire life. It's incredible. I highly recommend people to go out and buy this book if you haven't already. And the cookbook is just as amazing.
