How to Make Chunky Guacamole


  • 2 small avocados, peeled and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 large tomato, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 dash hot sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and hand mix.
  2. Cover and allow to chill for half an hour before serving.
  3. Serve as a dip with toasted whole wheat pita strips or as a garnish with Mexican sides.
