How to Make Quick Turkey Meatloaf


  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oat
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • ketchup


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the oats and milk and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb.
  3. Then, mix the oat mixture and all the rest of the ingredients (excluding the ketchup) into a larger bowl and combine well.
  4. Spray a loaf baking dish (9 x 13) with cooking spray.
  5. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and press into the loaf dish.
  6. Brush very lightly with ketchup and bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes before carving.
