How to Make Spinach and Turkey Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 inch) prepared whole wheat pizza crust
  • 1 1/2-2 cups cooked turkey, either ground or chopped
  • 1 cup spinach (cooked)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
  • 250 g mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325' F.
  2. Create your sauce by mixing the tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce together with the minced garlic. Spread the sauce over the pizza crust, creating about ½” crust around the perimeter of the dough.
  3. Add toppings onto the pizza, starting with the onion and drained spinach and then the turkey.
  4. Sprinkle the pizza liberally with sea salt and then cover with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
