Her programs are created to maximize your results in the shortest time possible. Your routine will vary day to day and includes your rest days. The work outs are challenging but are based on your current level of fitness so you control the intensity. Due to the fact that you are only shown pictures on how to perform the exercises, caution should be taken to be sure to maintain proper form throughout.
